Exciting News!

I am excited to say that I turned in my notice at work. My last day of employment will be June 12 @ U of A. I have truly enjoyed working there for the past 12 1/2 years but would much rather stay at home with my baby. I have been praying that I would be able to stay home with Wes & everything has just fallen into place to make it happen. I am so happy that I will get to stay home with him - I can't wait!

3 Months Old

Wes will soon be 3 months old! I can't believe it! I had to start work again on Monday - it was awful & still is - I MISS MY BABY!!!!!! He is such a happy baby & is smiling all the time. He started sleeping all night a couple of weeks ago which is great since I am back at work.

Wes went for his 2 month check up on 4/6/09. He weighed 11 lb. 7 oz. and was 22 1/4" long. He is growing like a little weed. We are so thankful that he is a happy & healthy baby.

Already 1 Month Old!!!!

I can't believe that Wes is already 1 month old! He now weighs over 9 pounds - he loves to eat! He is such a good baby even though he has colic & acid reflux. Some things about Wes:
- will sleep 4-5 hours straight during the night before waking up to eat
- he can also roll over & holds his head up very well - he is very strong
- smiles a lot & has laughed out loud for mommy & daddy
- doesn't like to take a bath
- loves his swing
